Special Events and Large Groups

Minimum of 10 children required with a

four hour minimum charge.

Conventions, Weddings, Corporate Events, Anniversary Parties

Services Provided:

  • Secure Sign in/Sign Out Process
  • Childrens activities including (but not limited to) age related games, arts and crafts, music and appropriate videos, and toys.
  • Other fun activities, such as Clowns, Face Painting, Balloon Artists, etc. can be arranged for an additional charge.
  • Meals, Snacks and Drinks can be provided.

Staff to Child Ratio:

Newborn and Infant to 18 mos. = 1:2

19 mos. to 5 years= 1:3

6 years and up= 1:5

Charge per child per hour:

Newborn and Infant- $11

19 mos. to 5 years- $10

6 years and up- $8

Client to provide:

Number and age of children and 50% deposit required 2 weeks prior to event. Adequate space for children to allow for separation of age groups and restrooms nearby. Food and beverage if not provided by agency. Comfort and care items such as tables, chairs, blankets, pillows, refuse containers, etc. Final payment to be provided by end of event, charges for overtime and extra children to be included.
